Hoffritz Knives - Serrated

Little Red and I recently acquired a small and large hocho, and a few other knives including a bread knife, a paring knife and a kitchen knife -- all serrated, all made by Hoffritz.  We got them at the Christmas Tree Store somewhere in New Jersey.  They are the sharpest knives I ever used.  Incredibly useful for many aspects of slicing and dicing and peeling and paring.  Bit too dangerous for children, I believe, but .... children don't usually do much of the cooking .... or do they?
